Make a Joyful Noise Unto the Lord

Thank you for praying for the travels of the leaders to the District Assemblies. This week we had assemblies in all 3 countries.

The top picture is of the pastors and wives that were present at First District in Venezuela.   The fourth pastor from the left, in the back, Yuri, was who you faithfully prayed for that had a serious medical condition a year ago.  You also prayed for Rev. Diogenes Larios as he went through operations and treatments for cancer. He is the first pastor on the left.

The Venezuela Primero District led by District Superintendent  Rev. Jimmy De Gouveia held it's District Assembly and Conventions at Los Teques. DS Carlos Cordero presided over the assembly.
One pastor, which will be helping with the new church plant in Caracas, said the assembly was filled with unforgettable moments and well worth the money and time to attend. "It was an eternal blessing to all. Thanks to all that helped to make this celebration possible."
Please pray for our brothers and sisters as they cope with increasingly difficult times.

The assembly was presided by NAF Director Rev. Dwight Rich. Missionaries Esdras Jimenez and family, Jon and Shirley Fischer and Carolyn Rich attended.

The Sierra Centro District held an honorary service for NAF Directors Dwight and Carolyn Rich to show their appreciation for their years of service. Dwight preached and then there were performances by different cultures represented on the district.
At the end of the service people from all over the district brought many gifts as an expression of deep love and appreciation for Dwight and Carolyn.

One particular presentation was a children's orchestra. The orchestra is made up of over 100 children from the district that have been taught by a professional musician.  The instruments included pan flutes, violins, cellos, guitars and many other instruments.
