Volunteer Missionary Preaches

6.19.18  On Father's Day Volunteer Missionary Jennifer Staudt Guamán preached the combined church service at Carcelen Nazarene Church in Quito. Jen shared with the congregation the lovely words that our heavenly Father wrote to us with combined verses taken from the Bible in a letter form.
Jen started taking courses online through the seminary and felt that the Lord was promoting her to preach a sermon.

In '04 Jen went to Venezuela as a teen sponsor on a Work and Witness team at Jiraquito Nazarene campground. She returned home and felt like God was calling her out of her elementary teaching career, into mission work.  She wrestled with what God was wanting of her and finally responded the call.  She has served as as Volunteer Missionary from '06-. present, 2 years in Venezuela, a short time in Guatemala and now Ecuador.

In '09 she started working for NILI,Nazarene International Language Institute and is currently theAssistant Director.

Jen and her husband are co-pastors at the Carcelen church and are very involved in the the activities of the seminary where Harrison serves as the Administrator.

This week Jen will start her 12th year as serving as a volunteer missionary.
