Missionaries Recommended for Appointment

The Church of the Nazarene's Global Missions office recommended 37 missionaries for an appointment during the 96th General Board 25 February in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. This is the largest missionary class since 1980. The candidates represented 17 different nations.
We are proud of the 2 families from the NAF, the Jimenez Family, and the Nunes Family.

Esdras and Scarlett Jimenez have served together as missionaries on specialized assignment since March 2014. Esdras serves as the holistic ministry coordinator for Ecuador. Scarlett serves in Finances for the North Andean Field Office. They have two children, Joshua and Sara. Their home church is on the Mexico South District. The Jimenez family are being commissioned as missionaries on global assignment to serve the South America Region.
We are a Global Church that reaches all areas of the world.  The Jimenez family has tried for 3 years to obtain a VISA and have not been granted one so therefore their interviews were done via skype.

Their home church is on the Brazil Southeast Paulista District. The Nunes are being commissioned as missionaries on global assignment to serve the South America Region.
