Prayer Requests

Prayer Requests
Thank you for all of your prayers last week for Baby Halston.  God heard all your united prayers from over 7 Countries and all over the United States.

She is doing better but her hemoglobin count went down to 8.3 yesterday and the normal range for a baby is 9 1/2 to 13. The good thing is that her platelets are up, which helps to fight infection. If the hemoglobin drops to 7 they would need to do another blood transfusion  She will have another test done on Thursday.  Please continue to pray God would take this virus out of her system. Thank you for your faithful prayers.

Halston is the granddaughter of Dwight and Carolyn Rich and the daughter of their son Bryan and Jen Rich.

Please be in prayer for the safety of leaders as they will be traveling to different districts in preparation for district assemblies starting in February. Also, pray for the NAF churches as they prepare their hearts for decisions that need to be made on their districts.

One of our partners' sons was injured in a shooting incident as a police officer.  A bullet went through his gas mask and into his right jaw.  He is recovering from 2 surgeries and has a metal plate and bone graft in his jaw.  His mouth was wired shut for 8 days, he had a feeding tube in his nose and a temporary tracheotomy.  There has been nerve damage to the right side of his lower lip, gums, teeth, and jaw, but miraculously his teeth were uninsured.  His mouth is now unwired and so far only opens about an inch, which makes eating difficult.  He is now home recovering.

His parents are asking for emotional, physical and mental healing and wholeness. Their son is trusting in God, but he needs patience as the healing process will be slow.  Also, pray for his wife and two small children as they need encouragement. They are so glad that God spared his life and know that God will continue to heal.

Please, be in prayer for Jennifer and Lizbeth as they travel to Ecuador Dec. 31.  Guaman
