Quito Seminary Holds Virtual Graduation

The Nazarene Theological Seminary held its virtual graduation Saturday, Nov 28 in celebration of the XXXII graduation.  Quito is one of the 6 Theological Institutions of South America.  Regional Director Dr. Christian Sarmiento normally doesn't have the privilege of attending the graduation but since it was online he was able to give greetings and share words of encouragement to the graduates. Others that shared words of encouragement were Regional Director of Theological Education Jorge Julca and District Superintendent Rev. Hernan Puga.
Praise the Lord that even during these difficult times twenty-five students received an Associate Degree in Theology.  Of the 25 students, 12 were from Venezuela, 10 from Ecuador, 2 from Colombia, and 1 from the United States.
One Venezuelan received a Bachelor in Theology degree.  6 others received certificates and diplomas in areas of youth ministry, pastoral, and theology.
Please pray for these students as some continue on in learning and ministry and others look for opportunities to serve as pastors.
